Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, overlooking the courtyard, but the strong smell of smoke was a major downside. The service was friendly and accommodating, making it easy to explore the city, even though it could have been more customer-oriented. The location was convenient, near the Hauptbahnhof, which was a big plus for us, despite some design flaws. The dining options were above average, offering a variety of delicious choices at a reasonable price. However, the lack of a few facilities was noticeable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Munich! The rooms were comfortable and nice-looking, offering a view of the red roof of a beautiful traditional building, perfectly capturing the essence of the central old city. However, the inner courtyard facing rooms were a bit noisy at times. The staff was incredibly friendly and recommended great places to eat and visit. The location was superb, just a short walk from the main train station and the main square of Munich. The dining experience offered a variety of European foods, though a bit costly by Munich standards.
